Our team leader, Karen Sneider Shears, has a wealth of local real estate experience, through 20 years of working with both national and international buyers and sellers.  

With a talent for aligning buyers with their ideal homes and adeptly navigating successful negotiations for buyers and sellers alike, Karen has overseen over 100 sales annually.  Her American heritage, coupled with three decades of residency in Portugal, endows her with a distinctive skill set to expertly guide international buyers through the purchase process while attending to the needs of local vendors, or vice versa.
